I'm not sure if big huge games is included in that 400, but i think it is. That's another studio of like 120 I think.
They were building some gigantic world of warcraft clone in Rhode Island, which is the most expensive game to try to make. That is a huge staff regardless and lots of that art asset generation would normally be outsourced these days. There are stunning levels of incompetency running various studios in the game industry though and many are public.
