What are her major accomplishments as Secretary of State? I don't agree with either of their politics, but James Baker essentially oversaw the realignment of Europe after the end of the Cold War in a masterful way. Jury's out on Hillary, but she comes off as naive in my opinion— bright, ambitious, but not a towering strategic intellect.
