They pretty aware of what it takes to stay off the radar. My main thing is don't bring over some fucking sketch people that will scope out my property and try and rip me off. Which I'm guessing they already know. They've been there for about 2 years and there hasn't been a problem, so whatevs. but again, If it wasn't like that, believe me, they'd be out of here fast. Because this isn't the type of neighborhood where people have to put up with that kind of shit cause they can't go anywhere better.
