we know that from the 9/11 call and Martin's girlfriend.
That alone heightens fear, and puts Martin on the defense. A grown man following him. His girlfriend has already testified that he was scared, and trying to get home quick to avoid this guy.
From there, we don't know how it went down. But we do know Zimmerman initiated it all, and that if Stand Your Ground means you have the right to shoot if you feel threatened, then certainly Martin had a right to throw a blow when he felt threatened.
I just don't see the aggressor/initiator being able to pull out a gun and claim stand your ground.
