Indeed, one MIGHT say that Jewish CIVIL law is more likely to be applied by Jewish authorities to non-Jews, AND kosher rules are not Civil, but are moral. Again, what is the consensus of Talmudic scholars?
And as gribble points out, the Galatians quote completely torpedoes your argument, because it makes no distinction whatsoever between civil and moral and in fact states the radical idea that there is no distinction between male and female! This is in contravention to other New Testament provisions that advise against letting males and females mix.
I would not be so confident that there is a bright line and that kosher and other ignored rules are on one side of it, and homosexuality on the other.
