Bible says homosexuality is wrong, but doesn't say anything about gay marriage, right?

So, homosexuals are per se immoral. But, what does imply in how you should treat them?

I doubt the bible would condone killing 'them' outright? They are per se an abomination, but they deserve to live, right? Would the bible recommend never 'associating' with one of 'them'? Would the bible recommend removing them from any position of power (political, in the church, teacher, etc) once they are determined to be an abomination? Would the bible forbid me from serving them should they sit down at a table that I'm waiting on?

I mean, is there a list of specific rules we 'normal' people should follow when it comes to dealing with 'them'? (This is an actual question, although you know where I would go -- getting specific -- in the event you pointed out places where rules were proscribed).

My point: if the bible isn't giving me specifics other than convincing me that 'they' are an abomination, why shouldn't I let them marry? They'll be an abomination before they marry, and they'll be an abomination after they marry. Seems like without specific rules, the bible has nothing to say on the question of marriage specifically.
