That is exactly what I am talking about. He does not want to bow out to unify around the R brand, because he doesn't believe in the R brand. He is not invested in beating Obama at any cost, because in his view Romney is only marginally better than Obama.
He is accomplishing much more for the country, in his estimation (and mine as well) by staying in and not capitulating.
Try to remember, that agreeing with you is not equivalent to "staying on topic."
