Once again: this isn't about Obama, or any single President. Education reform is dependent on every level taking initiative -- and we were originally discussing how to improve the quality of teachers and schools on local scales.

"The debt ceiling deal preserves the maximum award for the federally funded Pell Grant program but will eliminate the interest subsidy for a government-subsidized loan program for graduate and professional students beginning in July 2012."

My point was about future teachers. Not about the AA or skills students.
