When I was 16 I was beaten by 4 police officers for 10 minutes before one pulled my wallet and realized how old I was and stopped the others. I had been involved in a police chase through Sunnyvale for about 30 minutes and three cops were involved in accidents during the chase.

My point is that if you piss off the police you are going to get your ass kicked regardless of the color of your skin or what country you are in.
