just don't think the link is really proof of anything without the context of the analysis of the frequency of those record highs vs record lows, or longer term trend data

if you have that analysis about the far higher frequency of record highs vs. record lows, that would be different

put another way - would the data you posted on a couple months of hot weather, by itself, be accepted as a new publication in a (good) peer-reviewed journal as proof of GW? obviously not
