You want evidence? I travelled through DEEP red states last week, including your precious Oklahoma, and had plenty of conversations with REGISTERED Republicans. I did not browbeat them or argue with them one bit. But I did listen. A lot. And I can tell you that it is only the foaming-at-the-mouth style (the ones who turn everything around and try to claim the opposite of reality) Republicans who think the way you claim all Republicans think. The others--the backbone of decent people in those deep red states--are absolutely disgusted with everything the GOP has put forth in the way of candidates this cycle. In many cases they do not care for Obama at all. However, they do recognize a basic decency there which is wholly lacking on the other side. Dismiss these people as RINO's all you want. But they are lifelong registered Republicans.
