warming that the amount of hurricanes would increase (it was only two or three years ago IIRC). There was in fact a decrease in the amount and intensity of hurricanes. The point is that we're in our infancy in being able to predict anything, not that some theory is proven or disproven.
The Earth has gone through many cycles of warmth and cold with and without us. There is no reason to believe that those cycles won't continue with or without us. There are many other things worth worrying about (air and water quality, access to water and resources, etc).--------------------------------
