weaknesses of (1) even the most effective democracy and(2) the immediate real live decision making (boundedness) of individuals. Companies/algorithm are free from flesh, sweat and tears AND responsibilities, but people aren't.

Overall, it's not a super important issue as long as (expected) long-term unemployment rates stay below 12-14% (estimate).
