I will agree that there are currently no world wars or stupid tactics (even worse, strategies) like those used in our own civil war (or WWI or D-Day) going on nowadays. OTH, people are quicker to send troops and weapons into conflict because if they don't watch the news, they don't even notice it. Except, for the deficit spending that does hurt their 401(k)s.
