i think you would be hard pressed to back up that overkill rhetoric with facts.....not many Californians care about a fast choo choo train that nobody will ride.

Hence the reason it has been dying a slow death as the truth comes out.

Its sort of like all those hundreds of thousands of "green" jobs that were supposed to have come from AB32 implementation....you know, all those offsets?
