He was a habitual 911 caller and cop wannabe, and even the dispatcher is like STFU fatty.

Should he have gone to bat for community policing in the press conference? Who cares? Same press conference, he is stating that "we could not arrest him based on his statements and evidence at the scene".

Does that sound like an endorsement? You had been saying that they didn't even interview the guy, but in that video, there he is, in cuffs at the station.
