There is also a lot of confusion out there about how the DA made that judgement in the middle of the night on the night of the shooting. It's more than likely that the Chief made that determination, or influenced it heavily.
We have the Chief's own words on this, which is where my frustration rose significantly. Go back and look at his statement and tell me whether you think this is a guy who is aggressively investigating the shooting. "People have ugly feelings" and "We support neighborhood watch" and "Can't we all just get along."
And anyway, your takes have largely been about how scary black kids are to fight, and how fat Zimmerman is. I'm not sure how that represents a sober look at the evidence.
