dunno, why is the fact that Chesapeake is an investment conduit something bad about fracking?

I work on triple net retail leases from time to time, in which companies take ownership interests in pad sites leased to CVS and Walgreens and sell the fee interests to investors. Is that bad?

I understand the idea that we should be careful about pumping chemical mud under the ground.

But the RS hit piece tries to tie it to Wall Street somehow to make it look worse.
