I used to be into reading almanacs, etc, and knew all kinds of useless facts about California. But some of the tiny little waystations along the highway are now huge cities, and I haven't kept up at all.
Still pretty sure that my home town of Riverside is bigger than San Bernardino, though.

An example of what I was talking about: #21, Moreno Valley. WTF?!? That was like a gas station when I was a kid.
