The Dems have had the complete power with the GOP to pass health care, and they've struck out.

Poll after poll shows that the people don't want what they're selling.

How many clues does one need?

The GOP has sponsored its own bills that they couldn't even get a vote on. They have been completely ignored in this process. Why in hell should they feel bad about any of this?

The President is punting. He's hoping that the GOP gets involved so the Dems (thus him) don't look bad.
