Last fall was such a whirlwind/frenzy in my life, professionally and personally, that I missed the television campaign entirely. I saw some TIna Fey and a few clips, but I had never heard Palin really speak.

Holy smokes.

I ended up going back and reading the Todd Purdum piece in VF. Just incredible that she ever got this far to begin with. Truly shocking, and a sign of how lucky we are that McCain came up short.
