Anything that hurts factory farms helps small farmers. I voted for it because there is almost zero legislation against factory farms. Two things I hate is 1) they use antibiotics without regard and 2) they don't pay for the waste they produce. No other business can pollute that much without paying for it and cleaning it up. Glad it passed.
