The guy is basically hired to be a gigantic pussy. He's there to bottom for Hannity in all kinds of different positions, and chime in every 20 minutes with some whimpering. We all know it's stated very clearly in his job description to look, talk and act weak. Any real assertiveness from him, on anything, and he's out of job.
