Otherwise what motivation does pakistan to ever cooperate? Not saying it is the best approach, but assume thats what was said, it isn't that big of a deal. It isn't as bad as warring countries without legitimately supported and factual reasons. The terrorist camps aren't in rural areas anyways right?
