In the end I think it's very possible the proof doesn't come in the form of weapons. Witnesses might come forward to say that Saddam performed biological experiments on them using weapons he developed, or Iraqis might confess having worked for some clandestine nuclear program. These sorts of confessions from Iraqis who might have the courage now to come forward can possibly be credible enough to present as conclusive proof. As for where the things are, like I said, it's very easy for Saddam to change the content of the germs or chemical agents he has into something else non-lethal in a few seconds. It's also very easy for Saddam to get the shit out of the labs and into mountains or caves or dump them in the sea after mixing everything so you never ever can find them in the ready-to-use conclusive form on the tip of a shell.
