Maybe not Carter either, which exposes me as the partisan I am, but you could seriously argue that Carter was incompetent to hold that office. Not impeachable, but incompetent.

This is a whole other discussion. Sometimes I micro-focus (especially when I get emotional) and lose sight of the forest, but for sure, the cabal of crooks now in the White House makes any Clinton transgressions look absurd.

I'm talking about political skills and political achievements. I think Clinton did some very good tinkering but made no real lasting reforms.
