You can't write an honest bio of Clinton without mentioning that he was impeached (& thereafter acquitted by the Senate). And you can't mention impeachment without mentioning Monica.

Impeachment is the only BIG thing that happened during Clinton's administration - It is what distinguishes him from the Presidents we seldom hear of, eg, Franklin Pierce.

Once the dust settles & future historians (not yet born when Clinton served) analyze his administration, Clinton will be ranked slightly below Woodrow Wilson & Dwight Eisenhower, slightly above Jimmy Carter, & on a par with Rutherford B. Hayes, also impeached.
