Lyndon Johnson is credited with Civil Rights Act, Truman with ending WW2 by dropping atom bomb, Nixon with opening relations with China.

Except for Monica, there is no one BIG thing that stands out in Clinton's presidency, neither a BIG mistake, nor a BIG achievement, just routine administration with a steady hand.
