Take your body weight, multiply it by 12. Then subtract 400 to 500 from that. Eat that number of calories a day.
Three days hit the weights and on those days eat an 100 to 200 more calories.
No sugars or white breads and your body will burn more fat for sure while keeping your muscle. If you care about how you look with your shirt off, I would do this.
