that is actually my preference. I'm thinking of telling her If she wants me to get my own internet provider, I want cable, and make her pay for whatever installation costs there are on running it upstairs into my place. She is the landlady.

She really should just fucking not let her new boyfriend download all the fucking time and turn down his torrent transfer speed.
