Are you attaching a copy of your resume? I think it would be helpful, unless the ad said not to do so. (If you are, you should reference it in the cover letter.) I might move the last sentence of the first paragraph up to make it the second sentence, since it relates directly to experience with pension funds. I also find the second sentence to be pretty vague (I have no idea exactly what you did, although perhaps that's intentional). Can you include job titles? Do you want to say anything about your educational background (do you have any graduate degrees)? It might be helpful if you can say something specific about the company to which you're applying, to show you know something about its business and explain why that particular company interests you. Is there a way to describe your international experience in a way that is an advantage for this particular job?

Have you lived in the US before? Are you a US citizen? (I don't recall from your prior posts.) If so, you should say so in the cover letter, as it isn't clear. If not, I don't know what the visa requirements are, but if you have a visa that allows you to work in the US, it might be helpful to mention that.
