Came over to my parents house this weekend and was treated by an overwhelming surprise. Lol i noticed that every friggin TV (which is a lot in my parents house) has a new cable box from AT&T as well as a big new peace of a router. They switched from comcast getting digital cable that includes +1000 channels as well as hbo / showtime / all that other jazz, on demand, and high speed internet.

From what i witnessed the two days i was there, it seemed great! I dunno if i can trust my mom's official bill but supposedly she had a 120 monthly bill from comcast, but all that other junk with AT&T which included (let me count this) 7 cable boxes.. lol.. came down to a monthly charge of 90 bucks.

Kinda hard to believe. anyone else have AT&T u-verse? my friend said that he heard the internet goes pretty slow, but i'm soooo close to switching over if the internet is decent.

OH YA!!! AND, they have a promotion going out that gives you 200 bucks if you switch over to them. goddamn i'm soooo almost sold.
