to figure out the kipping pull up. I'm not even close to having it down. I look like a fish flopping around out of water when I try the kipping motion. I feel like such a chode. LOL. But we'll get it in time.
Also, your body will have a tough time with recovery for the first week or two. You will be real sore and exhausted. But by the end of your second week you should feel a lot better and not be as sore.
