Loving every second of it! I'm still needing to work on form on some of the exercises. I was able to do some muscle ups yesterday (day 2) as past of the extra work- pretty excited about that!
Yesterday's workout was a
400 meter run with 2 sprint sections
20 squats
25 pushups
400 meter run sprints
50 situps
50 pushups
400 meter run sprints
50 box jumps (killed me)
25 pushups
400 meter run sprint.
Did it somewhere just over 13 minutes.
Today's was really tough. The warm up took at least 20-25 minutes and tiring. The WOD:
~100 meter shrug clean (can't remember what it was called) with a 20lb medicine ball throwing and then picking it up and throwing
25? (can't remember) diamond pushups
15 hyper extension things
