So, I felt pretty good about myself after the first session...you, know the 5 minute newbie session? today I just got an old fashioned ass-whoopin'.

We did this routine, as many as you can in 15 minutes (I forget the actual exercise names for these things):
-10 medicine ball against the wall 10 feet high
-10 of the 35 lb weight lifts from the floor to shoulders
-10 push-ups on the rings
-10 double skip jump ropes

First off, I knew the double skip jump ropes would kick my butt, as I have 0 coordination. I made it through the first couple of rounds in an ok time, but was totally whupped. 3rd round was tough. 4th round? took me like 5 minutes, and I couldn't even start on a 5th round even though I still had a minute left on the clock.

Dude, I could barely breathe, thought I was going to pass out...lol.

Jeremy told me you were in for the 6am class this morning. That's likely what I'll do if I don't kill myself in the next session. I'm meeting Jeremy at 7am on Wednesday, so may see you after class if you're still there.
