I'm probably too late posting this but...from what I understand these workouts just kill because they basically force you to go 100% constantly and use multiple joint movements. I also have been checking out the various WOD and their various exercises. What I'd like to know is how long the actual workouts are? For example, will the class do a WOD such as "Fran" and after the completion of the 3 sets the will the workout be over? I know that thing is killer and I'll probably be lucky if I make it through half of it but it seems like it's very short. Any insights would help! Thanks!
