in general xfit is quite a bit more expensive than say 24 hour fitness. For unlimited classes it can range from $100-$250 per month, depending on the gym. But Crossfit isn't like 24 hour fitness at all. You will always workout with a personal trainer, usually in small groups of 4-5 people. And usually crossfit workouts are done during scheduled classes. It's not a free for all like 24 hour fitness. And lastly, all your crossfit workouts will be 15-25 minutes in length. Super intense for a short amount of time. Screw spending 90 minutes at 24 hour fitness. That's just a waste of time.

So yes, crossfit is expensive, but if you are committed to getting in the best shape of your life in a hurry there is no better system. There is a reason police academies, military special ops, and the majority of MMA/UFC fighters use crossfit as the basis of their workout plans.
