I made some green salsa a while ago - tomatillos, jalapenos, a splash of vinegar & some cilantro, as I recall.
It was really really tasty, but I kinda put too many jalapenos in, proportionately.
So I was eating some beans, and trying to suck down the copious amount of salsa I like with my food, but it was so hot that my forehead was streaming sweat.
Mm, that was good, though.
I'm going to have to do that again.
Just made some red salsa the other night - tomatoes, jalapenos & cilantro, I like it simple - but this stuff isn't that hot.
Very cilantroey, though.
