I am in the process of interviewing for a Loan Consultant position with a nationwide lender out of Kansas City. I would be selling home loans again. I am a little disconnected from the market at this point so I could use some advice.
I have 4 years of experience in this field. I am comfortable selling loans but I am unsure if NOW is a good time to get back into this line of work.
Essentially my question to you is, should I?
The market has to correct itself at some point and I would like to be ahead of that curve. This company is a very large credit institution which has their hands in a number lending situations, as well as being a stable company with a good reputation.
Any input is appreciated!!
