He got drunk and felt it was okay to drive with another passenger in the car and I'm sure this is not the first time he was driving while intoxicated.

This time, luck isn't on his side and he flips his truck over a few times, gets injured and needs surgery.

So he fucks himself up quite a bit not only physically but with the media and public as well. NOW, word is that the new Transformers movie (which he is the star of ) will definitely be postponed. So he's in essence, screwing a fuckton of people for his behavior.

So, if thats not stupidity...I'm not exactly sure what is. Maybe the guy puts on a good face and is well spoken but that hardly means he's one of the "smarter actors working right now"
