- Though the Warriors struggled, I liked Najera -he was like a better version of Cardinal;
- The Gasol-Cliff scuffle was pretty funny since Cliff has been dogging Gasol for years. It did show that Cliff was aging a bit, though, since Gasol seemed to have a little more success than he had previously;
- I was stunned that Miller (bad back and all)looked better than MDJ. They are very similar players, but Miller seemed to be quicker and more aggressive (though that's all relative);
- Though Murphy's numbers were good, he played more like a 3 than a 4 (if that makes sense). Or at least that's how it seemed;
- Though MM seems lost as an NBA coach, I'm not sure that Mullin has given him much to work with either. The W's seemed to be less than the sum of their parts;
- Hubie and Fish talked for about 3 minutes after the game - Fish was the only Warrior to come over to the Griz side and he talked to JWill, Watson and Wright (briefly), then to Hubie for a long while.
All in all, it was a miserable game (for W's fans). I was talking to one of my friends after the game and we agreed that the strange thing was that the Griz didn't even play that well - they just got some breaks from the refs and the W's.
If I'm MM, I play the kids, take my lumps, and scout the hell out of the NBA to find some pieces to the puzzle for next season (like the Lakers found someone like the above-average Chris Mihm).
Oh, and there was a group of W's fans up in the top deck yelling at JRich and the rest. They were big Biedrins fans (to say the least).
