If the guy was talking shit about someone's stillborn child, then he started it, IMO.

It's always some idiot that started it, and half of the time, that idiot never ends up taking their lumps.

Kinda like traffic accidents. The moron who swerves across three lanes and slams on the brakes over a parking space will cause two other cars to hit each other, but they get off scot free.

Everyone else will end up in court or the hospital, and they just walk away.
