and he usually catches that ball while facing the basket. It's a pretty good play for him. The problem is when someone else set the pick for him and he catches too far from the basket and he shoots immediately while going away from the hoop.

Only the better shooters in the league can knock down shots like that. Antawn can't, so it's a shot that should not be taken. Who knows. Maybe a lane to the basket opens up or the player who sets the pick for him has rolled to the basket and is open. Antawn rushes that shot instead of surveying the situation and possibly finding a better option.

And you are right about the fact that he usually fires that up after not getting too many touches.

Musselman needs to design plays for Antawn to catch the ball while going towards the basket.
