(where he would say the same shit ad nauseum), he is the same as a coach. He'll keep saying "we need to get better, we need to be a defensive team, we need this, we need that..." If they ain't gonna roll the dice this year on any personnel changes, they are certainly not going to get any help from their 1 trick pony of a coach.
