I rewatched that nightmare of a game, and Barnes was not the problem at

all and he competed in his 22 minutes. Butler did all his damage when Barnes sat. There is a reason Barnes was the only starter with a +7.

But he sat when Lee, Curry, and Klay were playing as bad as ever.

And if you want Barnes to shoot, run him at least 1 play. How about that? Creating his shots from the three point line with less than 5 seconds on the clock and a man on him is not a recipe for success.

Again, go back and rewatch the game and tell me exactly what Barnes could have done differently. I challenge you to specifically come up with something because I tried.

He's an afterthought on offense.

The alleyoop they ran for Butler with that backpick was something they have done for Barnes this year too, twice. Twice the entire year.

Face it, right now, they are only concerned with getting Lee, Klay, and Curry opportunities.
