A's were one of the best teams in baseball in one-run games. Same goes for the Orioles. Anyone who realistically expects the Orioles to replicate that success is ridiculous...it's just unsustainable. Meanwhile every game won in basketball is hard-fought, especially in the Western conference, and final record is more indicative of the team's talent than in any other major pro sport (it's hard to have a flukey record in basketball, especially in the West).
