Howard's problem is not leg strength it's lack of versatility in his game. He has no perimeter at all and he doesn't move without the ball enough to be effective for the Lakers. Bynum was a better fit because he could shoot a 15 ft shot and he also was good at weak side cutting so he got a lot of easy shots playing the weak side when gasol was in the post. Drummond has no offensive game but is a hustle guy who gets garbage points. Cousins also has a perimeter game. Put Howard on the W's with the perimeter shooting they have and Howard would dominate.
