Barnes passes up too many good shots by trying to get a better shot. IMO he is trying to be too perfect and it hurts the teams offense. In college you can get away with it with a longer shot clock and less overall talent. In the NBA the window is much smaller and passing up open shots often means taking a challenged shot with the shot clock winding down. Kid has to just let it fly sometimes and not worry about missing.
