Everyone knows the Kings might as well be out of Sacramento already, so someone's going to pay to get that right to bring them to another city. That carries the premium, like you said.

Lacob may or may not have overpaid - he sure did relative to what the worth of the team was at the time - but the overall benefit may be better based on the market, moving to San Francisco, improving, etc.
