Barnes works so much harder defensively than I ever imagined he would out of college

And he's got so much offensive potential as a guy who can score on the block and on the perimeter.

I like Gay as well in terms of someone who's more experienced offensively right now, but Barnes has shown great strength in the post so I see him being really, really good in a couple of years. Barnes will pass Klay eventually as a higher option offensively.
